Grounding Revisited Videos
The final week of this series revists the Spiral from the final workshop. This is our way of illustrating and summarising the leverage and impact that looking to the mechanics of the mind has on every area of our life.
Watch with curiosity and wonder where in your life you would like more insight and fresh thinking to create change, get stuck or move forward.
This week is an opportunity to re-realise one of the most game changing implications of this understanding - Separate Realities. It’s one thing to know intellectually that everyone has a different perspective of the same situation, and another to realise that everyone’s having a different reality of the same situation. Revisiting this experiment is a chance to get insight into how to understand, manage, collaborate and connect with others with ease.
This weeks clip from workshop 6 explores our built-in potential for connection with others (regardless of relationship or circumstance) and what helps or hinders this connection. It’s a valuable reminder that has transformational implications on our relationships with people at work and at home.
This week is an invitation to see your thinking for what it is and from there, realise how you can move forward, clear your mind and make wiser, calmer decisions.
This week is a reminder of the capacity to have a fresh though, and an invitation to run your own experiment and ‘wonder’; On something you’re stuck on, something you’re moving forward or something new you want to create at work/home.
This weeks video is an invitation to go to back to the core of this understanding in service of being able to reflect on, and deepen your insights about how the mind works.
Re-explore the capacities that are built-in to the human system.
Take 5 minutes to reset and tune in to more clarity, perspective and focus.
